We hand drill and carve all of our glass, metal and stone pieces. Most river glass that settles on shores are not smooth and frosted like sea glass. Some of our customers prefer the "raw" look of the glass - others prefer the more smooth and frosted look. We toss and tumble some of our pieces simply beacuse they're so rough that we think the smoother glass just looks better on our jewelry settings
